Maxim Realty Trust based in Rockleigh, NJ is a family owned property management and real estate development firm established in 2003, with our primary principals having a combined 44 years of experience. Our firm specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate in New York and New Jersey.
Our strong capital base, fully integrated platform, outstanding talent and flexibility as a privately held organization position the company for continued growth. Our highly skilled management team of construction managers, property maintenance personnel, bookkeepers and property managers provide a unique combination of experience, expertise and personal commitment which has enabled Maxim to access new business opportunities.
Since our inception, Maxim has one million square feet under management and we actively pursue real estate investments that provide the opportunity to enhance value through development, repositioning, and redevelopment.
Past Projects
Some of our past projects include the redevelopment of: the Rockleigh Business Center, a 44,000 square foot Class A office building located in Rockleigh, NJ; 240 Pegasus Plaza, a 25,000 square foot mixed-use office and retail building, formerly flex space built in the early 1980’s, located in Northvale, NJ; and the redevelopment of the Patriot Square Shopping Center, a 60,000 square foot retail center located in Stony Point, NY. In addition to these redevelopments, we have completed four ground-up construction projects: two 7-11 convenience stores, located in Stony Point, NY and River Edge, NJ; a Moe’s Southwest Grill in Saddle Brook, NJ; and a 150,000 square foot self-storage facility in Westwood, NJ.
Current & Future Endeavors
Currently, Maxim has under construction The Grande at Saddle Brook, an 80 unit apartment complex in Saddle Brook, NJ and The Grande at Norwood, a mixed-use development comprised of 30 market-rate rental apartments and 9,000 square feet of retail in Norwood, NJ.Some of our future projects include: a 120 unit mid-rise located in Edgewater, NJ; Phase 2 and 3 at The Grande in Saddle Brook, adding 200 additional apartment rentals; The Grande at Rockleigh, a 25 unit high end townhouse community; and a joint venture for a 400 unit mid-rise located in Edgewater, NJ.

Some of the real estate solutions provided by Maxim are all stages of development, approval, and construction; retail leasing; lease negotiations; real estate valuation; real estate consulting; and the overall management of stabilized real estate assets.
